A Bit About my Counselling Work

I am an integrative therapist whose main purpose is to support you through exploring yourself and your issues in a warm and compassionate environment, and with absolutely no judgement. I use various approaches using aspects of Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Compassion-Focused Therapy and potentially some shadow work to help you in resolving any emotional distresses, blockages, or patterns of behaviours you may have, and to improve your overall mental health.

 

My sessions are therefore led and guided by you and whatever you choose to talk about or bring to your session. I will focus on how you are feeling in the present moment and then work with you to explore if you ever felt like this in the past, and how past experiences or traumas may be causing your present-day situation.

By working with me, I hope you will be able to feel heard and seen, strengthen or improve compassion towards yourself, and heal or grow emotionally or spiritually.
